The prices for room service and restaurant prices.
It was very good. But the restaurant prices, especially the cafe, were absolutely absurd for what you received.

Really enjoyed the fountain show.
Quality and cleanliness of room.
We expected the hotel rooms to be grander, nicer, and to be of better quality. We've heard that Bellagio is one of the nicest and best hotels to stay and so we had high expectations.

Walking through casino area very smoky.
The hotel was beautiful setting and the rooms were great. The only complaint I have was it was very smoky in the Casino and the "common areas". I think a newer hotel could have spent some more money on a better filtration system. We also had a hall full of room service trays and carts with food that sat in our hall for the entire day and it really smelled bad in the hall ways. ...read more

I enjoyed the Christmas-themed lobby.
Booked a room with two Queen beds; got only two Queens in a handicapped room.
Overall, the experience was what I expected. The hotel was beautiful, and the entire day went well.
